Wow, its been a long time since I posted anything here but this year I'm excited to fill this with pics of my travels, cool new finds I come across, other artists works and the new glass creations that I come up with. Right now I'm working on glass garden flowers, I'll keep you posted. Last weekend my mom and I went to the incredible Brimfield MA antique show and camped out all weekend alongside our glittering glass booths. The show was huge! There were supposedly 6000 vendors and I believe it, I tried to see as much as I could but never made it more than a quarter mile before I turned back. What an fun event to go to, anyone who has never been before has to go at least once in their life. It happens three times a year with May being the largest of the three shows. Bring a backpack, a wagon or a pickup truck depending on your shopping habits!
Whats next? I'm enjoying a few wonderful weeks of free time to catch up and take a much needed break. I was at a show in Hampton Falls NH two weeks ago and went down early one morning to the beach and was reminded, I MUST live by the ocean someday! Does everyone have this weird draw to the sea, or is it just my Aquarius nature kicking in? Whatever it is, whenever I get a brief taste of the ocean it reinvigorates some deep desire to get back there. Once I make my millions... Here I was blinded by the sun, but still in early morning ocean bliss...

Here's to hoping for some dry days to get the garden planted and getting outside with the dopey dog. With all this rain at least I'll probably stay inside and actually get some work done.
Coming up I'll be in Meredith NH camping out with some craft show friends for the annual Castleberry Fair on Memorial Day, May 28, 29 and 30th. Then I'll be in Rutland VT at the hospital on the 9th of June as a featured artist, then in Glens Falls NY at the LARAC craft show on June 11th and 12th. Happy spring everyone, at least its not snowing:)
